“I found April through the Brides of Oklahoma website. She was warm and friendly when we first spoke over the phone to her.  We had to plan our wedding long distance: we live in New Jersey but were having the wedding in Tulsa due to a family reunion near there. Since hair and makeup is of near utmost importance to a bride’s sense of well-being on her wedding day, it was important to be able to trust my makeup artist, and April’s emails and communications did just that — she worked with me long distance to see what hair and makeup styles I wanted , through pictures of myself and pictures on various websites, etc. Any worries I had were dispelled when I had my trial run and got to meet April and Dixie in person. I had a great time with them and loved how they did my hair and makeup.

The wedding day came with its share of problems (it rained so it had to be moved indoors!) but April and Dixie focused on getting me ready and helped take my mind off things I couldn’t control (like the weather!) and did a great job, not only on me but also the mothers and my bridesmaids, and even our little flower girl! They even waited around until after the wedding and did another super job of touching up my makeup and doing my hair in a different style for the reception. I enjoyed the work they did and their cheerful attitude. Another great thing about Faccia Bella was their convenient service — for them to come out to where the wedding was for the trial run made life so much more smooth on the hectic run-up of the last day or two before the wedding. “Faccia Bella and April were amazing! I met with April before my wedding to discuss and practice what I wanted my makeup to look like. She was quick to do some research and found a look that was exactly what I had pictured in my mind!

The day of wedding came and she was extremely helpful! She was very timely in arriving and fixing my makeup, my maid of honor’s and my mother’s. My makeup looked better than when we had practiced and she was able to make my best friend and mother look beautiful! The whole experience was completely comfortable and wonderful! After the ceremony, she even came back and fixed the makeup that I had cried off! I highly recommend Faccia Bella.
